- An all levels class where you can groove to your own level of comfort, modifications are provided for everyone's various abilities. A fun class for anyone that will help you become better in your practice, give you the confidence to live your life with ease, and offer strength, balance, and a steady peace to carry through with you in your whole life

 

Tuesdays 6 - 7:00 PM

Beginner Class - taught by Adrienne    

    (at home studio on 119)

Beginner classes will increase your flexibility, help you gain strength, and reduce stress in your body, mind, and spirit

Every class will end with a deep relaxation to help the body integrate the stretch with breath, and help you fully relax your mind body and heart   - 

 

Wednesday 6 - 7:15pm      - will pop up again in the spring***

A lovely gentle flow centered around the breath that is meditative and calming yet still strength building. For ALL levels.

Bring your babe newbie to 18 months and enjoy with us! The babies will play and scream and move as they wish as we flow through some gentle poses, breathing, and relaxation for you two to bond on the mat together.

Our Instructors

Jeril Goss, Owner, RYT 200

Jeril feels that taking time for one's self, increasing strength and at the same time releasing tension from the day is the balance of yoga. Her yoga practice is a perfect partner to aerobic activity such as running, swimming, and bicycling. Besides teaching, she is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator at Penn Highlands DuBois. She completed her RYT 200 level training through Anjali Yoga  in 2012 and feels that the practice of yoga has been life changing. Right now she is working towards her RYT 500 hour in Altoona and always adds in a new technique to add to her amazing classes from pranayama-control of the breath to chakra or energy center-balancing teachings.

Adrienne Fye, RYT 200

Adrienne loves learning and sharing natural ways to ease the body and mind. She is a licensed massage therapist that practices Craniosacral, Connective Tissue Therapy, Acupressure, and Reiki in Punxsy . She infuses these modalities into her teaching and educates about plant medicine as an herbalist, whole foods to reduce toxins, and doTerra essential oils for everyday use and guides meditation.
 She received her Registered Yoga Teacher 200 training from The Nosara Institute in Costa Rica in 2011 and collects from many lineages of yoga to create her own style of class that is fun, challenging and light-hearted for all.

When there is spare time you may find her at the pottery wheel or up high on a rock face climbing, or trail running <3

Lars Spritz certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor  

With a passion to spread the healing power of Yoga to everyone. Lars teaches an athletic based  Vinyasa flow (breath to move) catering to all levels including those new to yoga. He brings his practice to the water as a "SUP" stand up paddle board instructor with Ironcity Outfitters, as an outdoor guide service also offering Eco paddles with kayaks from "mild to wild". Other services included: hunting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking & climbing. After serving in the Marine corps. Lars went on to graduate  from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with two degrees in Art and Design. Studied glass and design in Bohemia, Czech Republic. Attended Pittsburgh filmmakers school for photography. Exhibited in many Galleries and National shows, and is currently doing studio work building pieces for a future Gallery show.
